Adam has led Commonwealth Games England for three years and has agreed to move to the Amateur Swimming Association as its new Chief Executive, following a handover period after the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.

Speaking to the ASA Adam said:

“I want to help the organisation get more people swimming and look forward to making a real impact."

He continued to say:

“For the next few months my entire focus is on driving Commonwealth Games England forward and delivering a highly successful Commonwealth Games for Team England.

"I am extremely proud to have been given the role of Chief Executive of the Amateur Swimming Association. I want to help the organisation get more people swimming and look forward to making a real impact.

Adam Paker is expected to take up his role with the Amateur Swimming Association in the autumn.

Commonwealth Games England will undertake a major review of its Glasgow Commonwealth Games performance in September and October when a decision on Chief Executive recruitment will be made.
